| 7 | Cups | C&S with TPC. Still to be valued £5,000 and photographed. IR Complete and up to date. Indian IR at Cavalry Club- Value £10,000 could belong to CSPA if given by ICOA. The VP questioned ownership given the cost of maintenance and insurance. MC thought the Cav Club would continue to insure and as at present we could afford it the cups should be kept. The historical aspect was also significant. United Services valued at £25-35K. Aldershot Cup with TPC. Value £1,500 Millennium Umpire Trophy Winner 2005 – Major Mark Dollar. | 12 | Team selection | Associations will select teams of appropriate handicap as they deem fit. The CSPA will do likewise but give preference, where possible, to those who contribute the most towards Service’s Polo. Nominations are invited and welcome from Association Chairman. | Chairman |
| 13 | RMAS Polo Day 13 July 2006 | Sponsorship update – few changes from 2005 though income was down about 20%. Teams TBC and Organisation as per usual with RMAS and CSPA. | Director & RMAS |
| 14 | Hackett Rundle Cup 2006 | Considerable changes in 2006 Sponsorship to be negotiated
at a RC meeting 16 Feb 2006. BAE remain for ICOA and Hackett have come
in for RC. Invitations to senior personnel by President. Organisation SOP. Rundle Cup teams to be nominated by 20 June 2006 latest. After which they should only be changed due to injury or duty. As RN and Army get first pick this should be easy to do. Leaving selection till the last minute has a tremendous knock on effect on the other fixtures, planning and printing programme etc. ICOA have folded but CSPA would look after any remaining members wishing to attend RC. |
